Your question is extremely vague.  What kind of dog and training?  It is also like asking, "How hard is it for a brick mason to obtain bricks and build a brick wall."  Nobody needs a dog.  

How old is she? Will she training take care of it? Who will pay expenses? Unless she’s very responsible, you will end up doing most of the care.
