Those are sold in all the pet stores.  They also say no chicken bones, but raw diets require chicken bones.

Raw diets require raw chicken bones, not cooked. The FDA is warning against cooked bones. I like that they're taking this stance, cooked bones can cause all kinds of problems.

That is interesting I was always suspicious of those bones my dogs often get raw deer and cow bones from our butcher never have gotten sick on them.

Raw bones are fine. Cooked, smoked, etc. are dangerous.

I know that's why I said I was always suspicious of the ones in pet stores.

I guess I should have clarified that. Our dogs only get raw from butcher and fresh.

I don't trust deer bones. They are sharp when broken.
