I will ask a PA friend who also has GSDs. Maybe one of her family is interested.

I see that the house is currently off the market but if a realtor got involved they may be able to find someone who has control of the property.   I'm sure they couldn't sell it because the property was overgrown.   But the house and kennel has good bones.  It will take a lot to restore the land sadly.   The heir to the property may help.

I have a white German Shepherd coming soon. I am looking forward to having a puppy in my home. And now I'm just contemplating a name. I found white german shepherd names where you will find a very large selection of what to name your puppy. So if you are thinking like me this is the site for you. Do you think we should talk to a dog handler?

Your post is confusing.  If you need a trainer, hire one.

Any pet can be raised and taught good behavior. It all depends on how you behave with your pet. Dogs require special care, constant attention, and good relation. With proper training, they can be psychologically beneficial to humans. Here [spam link removed], you can get answers to various questions about animals and their benefits, which will help you have more information about pets and handle animal laws correctly. Remember, it is up to you and your attitude what your dog will be like and what he will be capable of.

We don’t allow ads here.  Generic pet advice doesn’t have a place on this forum.

Most people don't have time to make a dog well rounded, to do it all.  It's very demanding and takes the whole family.

You are right, most people don't have time to take good care of dogs. People are also hired for this. I'm also a dog trainer in Connecticut, I can tell you how you can take time out from your busy schedule.
