Americans' obsession with guns are killing us. Other countries don't have this problem, why do we insist on clinging to 19th century justice and neanderthal attitudes?

https://protectingpatientrights.com/doctors-kill-people-year-preventable-deaths-car-accidents-guns/ Doctors will deny this but those in the field going after doctors who have malpractice claims against them know better. If you subtract the suicides, and police shootings the numbers are much smaller. Suicides will always find a way and the police are exempt from any laws. I agree one unnecessary death is too many, however any attempt at banning guns cannot work as people know how to make them. They will always be available on the black market. We also do have a constitutional right to keep and bear them. The Militia has been outlined as all able bodied people able to defend the country. The purpose of the second amendment is to give the people the right to overthrow by force a government that oppresses the people, not for hunting or any other purpose. The Gifford's are fine with them owning guns, just not you, they are hypocrites.
Many countries have successfully banned guns. Your argument holds no water.
