One of your MTR 2 yr. old turf fillies won race 2 Saratoga MSW 5.5 f
Bubble Rock Showed a turn of foot and pulled away. Added to the list.
I like her Pedigree for turf.

Yes. She either moved forward off her debut, or seriously flattered the filly that beat her. She looked very professional today, and can probably stretch out. MTR continues to have a great year so far with these precocious youngsters.

Tomorrow at Del Mar, Peter Miller sends out highly touted Drink the Wind, who showed speed and faded badly in his debut.
Then on Labor Day, Chad Brown brings back Consumer Spending, who just missed in her debut. Mark Casse also brings back for his second start, On Thin Ice, who won his debut down at Gulfstream. He will be stepping up to stakes company in the Kentucky Downs Juvenile Turf. I hope MTR stays hot!

I hadn’t noticed that. He was scratched out of a race this week for the same reason. What’s up with that?
