So funny, Dogs.....I read the title of the article and just thought, miraculously, the trainer was arrested for practices that led to horses unable to breathe! Then to read it was about domestic violence, wow. Sounds like he is in some trouble, though doubt it will have any effect on him getting all those promising horses.

The trainer's court date was postponed.
Looks like the matter likely-be settled for the native Saratogian and resident. Before entering the gate.
The circumstances seem to say race called off with refunds.
