With all of that front speed and him added to the mix the way he keeps coming  reminded me of Lookin At Lee,

who most on here at the time had him in their tri's.

Yes.   But had he not been a late entry I think more of us would have had some time to better analyze him.  I had him in my homebred list, and ya'll KNOW how dedicated I am to my homebred theory.  :)

By the time he made the gate my head was swimming from analysis.

Of course, I didn't WAGER any TC races in 2022.....but I still wanted to "solve the puzzles" so I handicapped all the races dilligently.  :)

Smarty should get a shout out regarding the construction topic.

His volume of  22 Derby data was a complete work.  And likely may not have used the Derby winner as the colt hadn't drawn in yet.

And Yet, when we had a KDY "walk on"  he decided to put the horse in  his Tri. And to be on top! It became a new construction.

I felt my home work was done.

What's the difference with getting an A vs A+.  And the ultimate  Derby winner could be anywhere but on top. Looked like my Tri key was lock proof. Hey!. in construction that's the deal. One wants the 'where'd he come from colt' to edge the Key and provide The Ticket.

Another lesson was my Tris were over insured and protected.  My key got 2nd.

So onto BC exotics and parlays.

P said:  Only thing I could add is I missed the simple thing, like he liked CD alot. I dismissed it. Live and learn.".    Exactly. This Derby winner did squat afterwards on other track surfaces. Yet; could be said that colt was coming off a closing (3rd?) on grass and switch to dirt in next  was a 'Lava Man redo.

Dogs- I'm seriously thinking about changing my logon to "PSaid"!

Wow...wow changing your logon non de plume ain't that simple.

You must first memorize in it's entirety the HISA rules and regs set forth by statue number.

Also the name must be submitted for approval by the Jockey Club. 26 spaces max.

LMAO.... One should get more attaboy/girl when they box up a Tri win.

The pools are promulgated by the players. One wants the competition; evidently not to be sharpies.

WADR to them ... when Dogs hits say $8K Tri; I envision sitting at a table as people leave after betting locally, the Derby,  and 400 people hand me a $20 bill.
