Is bloodhorse the only media outfit to get this and print from it. It's  in cyber space now

and worth passing it on in my opinion. Makes one wonder who is holding on to it.

It's been looked at.  Don't worry about that.  

Then it gets shoved back into the back of the filing cabinet.  Fast money, like fast fashion, rules the day.  

Let's face it, if anyone CARED about "RISK FACTORS" in the first place here, we wouldn't be shooting up horses before every race.
