According to HISA CEO Lazarus, she anticipates FTC approval and claims HISA/HIWU is "110%" ready to roll out uniform med. and anti-doping rules and regulations on 3/27.  Except in LA and WVA where litigation is on-going.

A big win for the horses, IMO.

Thanks Steve

It should start today, Saying that I hope the FTC doesn't drag their feet at the last minute

Some strong Lasix group and others are probably filing to delay the date or get rid of it

I will anticipates on March 28,, there is always something, sorry for the Doom and Gloom

Maybe this will change our luck and we get it on time.

The horses need a break in their favor and the cheaters need to be reined in.

From the article and an important point, even the naysayers will have an easier time managing one set of rules instead of 38 sets of rules.

“Besides promoting fairness and integrity through coherence in the application of rules, the ADMC Program will reduce existing burdens on horsemen and women who currently must manage compliance with different rule sets and adjudication systems,” said Keating.

I know you and several others are interested in how this develops so I'm simply keeping the loop open when reporting occurs.

In the same way, I keep aware of racing developments by reading your stuff and others who are generous enough to share their ideas.  WT comes to mind.  She is as sharp as the proverbial tack.

The one link shows adjudications by HISA involvement nearly all are 8 whipping vs 6.
