Oaklawn has this feature where when a trainer wins they ring the bell, and then make a generous contribution to the Racehorse Retirement Fund.

They are raising a lot of $$ this way, and that makes me happy, since racehorse retirement is a big deal for me.

AFAIC, California also has a part of CARMA and it is also doing well, and I believe a percentage of every purse is taken out for aftercare?

Don't play tracks that don't put aside money for the racehorses.

I will be scarce since it takes me about 7-9 times of logging in before I can get access here.  After the 3rd or 4th time, I just give up.
