This is the outcome I expected, especially since Baffert and his lawyer were disgracefully bad in court.  He'll live...

Baff switches promising hopefuls. Feb 28.

Come weeks of 2023 Kdy and 1st Saturday in May; the media will cover him on his former colts and attitude towards experience with the Derby DQ. And 2 yr litigation.

As now, that-all outcomes are known prior to '23 Kdy..

Don't shoot the messenger... 2024 Derby lead up and events will be covered with Baffert sauces.

He likely will find his way back to trophy presentations happenings following the Derby having a winner. Sooner likely than latter.

Oh boy... holy moly....those Churchill suits gonna need some high test bourbon.

It will always be about him Tex as you know !

Down The Road if he doesn't win the Kentucky Derby for the 7th time, 8th time in his mind

to be recognized as the all time leader of Winning the Derby, It will be the Charley Brown show

everybody is picking on me and I'm the victim and Medina doesn't deserve this he was a fighter.

I think it would be good for the sport and good for the young horses themselves if a limit were put in place as to how many one trainer could handle in any given year.

More interesting for the fans and bettors, too.

If a trainer gets too many, there is the temptation to burn them looking for "the one".

I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for the suits to smarten up on that.
