The BC entities that be; can jiggle the entry box.

That's where they will rent private homes, vacation and entertain the entourages. Business expense tabs, plus treats from host track.

Same goes for most bizs,  hold event in Vegas, resort island, famous high end location, or Akron Ohio...nah.

Las Vegas has an NHL and NFL team, how soon before they get NBA, MLB, and MLS?  Then the next logical progression is a major racing facility?  Not so sure about that idea.

Strangely enough it was actually warmer during the Breeders' Cup cards at Keeneland last year than it was at Del Mar in 2021!
