As you know reason I don't like how they are doing that and why should be listed in #1 spot....he is not vulnerable, he's in no matter what.  Putting him at the end like that makes it look like he is like the others vying to get in.  

I guess it's just how how file drawers work in our brains though, how we order things.  

I like Sotogake if he doesn't attempt to wire the field.  I would prefer to see him prominent behind the pacemakers.  I do not think he needs the lead.  He will be overbet, though.  Hovering around 6/1 even now.  

Aside from Mandarin Hero, who may or may not get in and I hope he does because he capable of winning the race, IMO, Continuar will be a huge overlay.

He is coming into the race live and I see on some books he's around 50/1.  I would love him at 20/1.

I hate to tell you this,, but I am expecting Derma Sotogake's odds to be less than, or about equal to, Forte's....or thereabouts. 

 

I would love 20/1 on Continuar.   I just said Derma is already around 6/1 at the books.  It would not surprise me in the least if he's 2nd or 3d choice on Derby day on the live tote.

Derma Sotogake is not a stand alone bet for me.  No way, no how.

Yeah he doesn’t need to be on there twice at any rate.  They should just do a list of the top 19 if he’s accepted the invitation; 18 if the Euro comes whoever it is.

Still looking at pp's for this race. Trying to whittle down 20 to around 6 or 7 and go from there.

Right now i like Kingsbarns / Hit Show and Disarm. On the fence with 4 others.

Not trying to talk you on or off any horses.   Just take a look here though.   I think it's worth looking at the times for this race where you pulled out 2 horses to love.   If you love them, that's cool.   Just know that that was a very slow race, historically.  I'm sure you knew that but I can't help but point it out, which I did here:
