What I find curious is, I have yet to see artists' drawings of what the new place will look like - the new grandstand, new infield, etc. 

I suspect this is going to be like Gulfstream where the huge, traditional stand is replaced with a tiny building with minimal seating. Way too small for a Breeders' Cup (or a Belmont with the TC on the line).
