Funtastic, a stakes winning son of More Than Ready, produced Funtastic Again, winner of the Leonatus, a stakes race at Turfway today. He was pretty impressive against a overmatched field. Funtastic was a turfer, but being by MTR, he could well produce winners on any surface.

Check his pattern a L race in between non L races gives them a boost

Pletcher does the same, horses get a boost from Lasix , but its allowed in non points

races also its great at masking illegal drugs that are new, I'm not saying anybody is cheating

without proof. It raises red flags to me. I try to think like a cheater with all of the drugs out there

I think the TC races shouldn't have anybody race that has used Lasix, Some horses don't

Is it a level playing field for them, Lasix Free Like Epicenter, Does Cyberknife deserve

3 year old of the year running races on Lasix and finishing behind them on L free races.

18th in the Derby. etc  Transparent. Ask him why mess with Lasix races,  good question

Last year Cyberknife raced in the Lecomte-6th- 81-E , next race on Lasix-won 100 E
after that race won the Arkansas 95 E

The race before the Lecomte on Lasix won, 91-E, 10 better than the Lecomte 81-E

I remember that clearly.....and at the time, I thought it to be extremely strange.  I can't remember any other 3 year old being trained that way.  And it didn't bode well for the Derby.

First crops rarely excel, but could be different with Catholic Boy!  Besides, you need a new one as MTR is getting a bit old :)

The new game is go to that first crop sire reported by people smarter then me

the fee will be cheaper like for Into Mischief , Tapit who excel at stud with a lofty price
first few crops a lot cheaper.

Another thing they figured out your top sires were speed horses at 2 years old

Like Mr P, Storm Cat, Danzig, Into Mischief, Candy Ride, War Front , etc

Most Derby winners are from early crop Sires,.

Somebody Tongue In cheek said Breed to all of the first crop sires and you will get

thebest sires down the road and drop the bad ones.

Somebody said its the new game in town.

today and by the time their 3rd crop races ,you have a good idea who to breed to and who to drop, if this is true 4th crop sires that are doing good will be scheduled at a higher price, others not so good will be dropped and decrease in the mares they cover
