Trouble getting into Delphi   Technical Issues /Bugs

Hi Gunter,

Got an email this morning from the host of The Realm of Being forum, and she is unable to get into Delphi at all. She started having problems in chat last nite and she was able to chat but lost the forums start page, etc. This is the message she receives:

Application is not available

The application is currently not serving requests at this endpoint. It may not have been started or is still starting.

Possible reasons you are seeing this page:

  • The host doesn't exist. Make sure the hostname was typed correctly and that a route matching this hostname exists.
  • The host exists, but doesn't have a matching path. Check if the URL path was typed correctly and that the route was created using the desired path.
  • Route and path matches, but all pods are down. Make sure that the resources exposed by this route (pods, services, deployment configs, etc) have at least one pod running.

She is using Chrome primarily, but also tried Edge and something else. Suggested Firefox download to her, and waiting to hear back. Any suggestions or ideas why this happened? She uses Delphi every day, so knows the correct URL. (edited to add, she downloaded Firefox and still can't get into Delphi, receives same message.)

Good to hear, I see a login just minutes ago.

In cases like this ...

If the problem continues suggest rebooting, clearing browsing history and cookies, not using any saved link or bookmark and go directly to to login there.

She did all that yesterday...turned out to be her internet provider problem. Thanx again!
