1/2 cup dried cranberries
1-1/4 cup quick oats
1 cup peanut butter, natural if you have it
1/3 cup maple syrup

Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup & cranberries in large bowl.

Line 8x8 pryex dish with parchment paper, place mixture in dish & press down just a bit.
Pop in fridge for at least two hours.
Cut into squares.
Great for children to take to school or mom to carry with her for work.

Would that be dried cranberries? (I think yes?) This would be good for me - no gluten! (I might sneak in a handful of dark chocolate chips)

Yes that would be dried.  I haven't made these but a friend has and her family loved them.  They do sound good to me though.  :-)

Edited to say.  I prefer dark chocolate
