Yes, he has.  They try hard to deflect so you don’t know who is right, but he seems consistently careful about his research.

How does it happen?  Don’t women ever say no, I won’t do this?   Don’t other employees who aren’t involved notice and say something?  It keeps on getting worse.

Women say no all the time. Men didn't listen. 

It was one man and he was fired.  And now this, years of promoting child abuse and they want him back.

This video is pretty amazing. 

Good for her!  I’m not sure about laws regulating speech.  How do they define it and what about gray areas where people think something is meant that isn’t.  

Will any of them spend time in jail?  Only one that I know about.
