Neither, I don't think. It was part of CBS's "blood money" settlement with him. They must figure that by giving $20 million to #metoo causes, it will absolve them of responsibility for keeping him as head of CBS for so many years.

Its really very bad for man, 4 man out of 5 are involved in sexual harassment of women. Make sure every man should not cross his limit.
