Hi everybody,

Thank you so much for the Friend requests.  I was well on my way to catching up on Fall Event progress when, unfortunately, my device failed on me.  I’ve loaded the game on a new iPad.  Unfortunately my Facebook account transfer isn’t working, so I’m going to have to send in a ticket to have my game restored.

Oh no, that is so frustrating. I’m hoping your ticket is a golden one. With a rapid return and fix. As sometimes things seem to take so long, when your waiting for them.

Just a question do you use iCloud? I do and it works for me so far. When ever I’ve had to transfer MC on iPads. I always hold my breath though just in case. Maybe something to think about for the future.

Yes, I do use iCloud but for whatever reason this game content didn’t transfer.  I also received feedback from HelpDesk this morning that my old game has been transferred, which sounds great, except it hasn’t.  Not sure if I’m doing something incorrectly.  Ive downloaded full content, rebooted device, neither helped.

Thank you, I will be certain post just as soon as I am actually able to retrieve my progress.  The Help Desk said my game was transferred, except it wasn’t, yet.  I’ve replied back to them.  Perhaps I need to wait for the daily reset?  
At any rate, the Desk rep also said I may lose my Friend List, in which case I’ll need your and anyone else’s help I can get.

So I’m afraid this goodbye again, everyone.  The Help Desk says that they are unable to transfer my game (for whatever reason).  They can restore my Level, give me coins, gems and whatever specific pets and avatars I request, but my Achievements and Friend List will be deleted.  Since I picked up the game again specifically to complete my Achievements, this is undesirable.

So please go ahead and delete me from your Friend List.  Onward and forward.  See you on the flip side.
