I thought it was lavender! Very lovely either way!

It’s pretty tiny on my little phone screen, so I can’t be sure, but it looks like the iceplant that people plant on their steep slopes so they won’t erode - delosperma cooperi It blooms in such a vibrant fushia that it’s neon pink. I used to have this all over my front yard.
