No need for the blessed thing to erupt!

Contain it nice and casually in a tea cup!

Half pint single cream
7oz plain choc
1 egg
1 tblsp brandy
Heat the cream until boiling
Add to broken chocolate and process until smooth.
Add the egg and brandy and mix well.
This says for 6 ramekins (or tea cups if you don't have any) but I  get 8 - it is nice served with
crisp biscuits.

Simple yet elegant and looks yummy.  sunglasses

If you are careless enough to leave it in reach of my mother that will most certainly be true.

Love this one, and SO doable! Will try it soon! Thanks, Cindy.

I tried green tea ice cream and really enjoyed it...went back for seconds!

This one is FANTASTIC! I made it at Christmas instead of my usual famous fudge pie. My family really likes semi-sweet, or better still bittersweet and it was a huge hit! To make it simpler (and not have the sweet Oreo cream filling) I used a ready made Oreo chocolate pie crust.

I bookmarked the website but not this thread so I wanted to send a belated THANK YOU to you, Cindy. I'll be making this again come the holidays. My mom is also appreciative that I stayed out of her kitchen!

Note of is very rich and you only need a small sliver to satisfy your chocolate craving. My adult chocoholic son learned this the hard way thinking we were too chintzy and cut his own abnormally large wedge. Told him if he wasted that ganache getting sick he was banned from the dessert table for life! 3 bites in we re-cut his slab LOL.

Sounds like my oldest, ha,ha! We had chocolate cake last night, he wanted a big piece. I fell asleep not long after finishing my small piece, and found his still on the table, untouched! SIGH...
