Cao Yuan (is a Chinese diver and an Olympic gold medalist, having won three golds, one silver and one bronze in the Olympics. His most recent was the Gold Medal on the 10m platform in Tokyo)

Trivia:

He became the first diver to win Olympic gold medals in three different diving events after clinching gold in the men's 10m platform at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. The three-time Olympian added to his gold medals from the 10m synchro at London 2012 and 3m springboard at Rio 2016.

China finished off the single greatest diving performance in Olympic history in Tokyo, when Cao Yuan outdueled his teammate to win the men’s 10-meter platform title, giving the Chinese gold medals in seven of eight events at the Tokyo Games. China’s 12 diving medals tied the record for most won in the sport at a single Olympics. The U.S. also won 12 at the 1932 Los Angeles Games, when the Americans swept all four events and nine of the 28 divers were from the host country.

Canoe/Kayak (has been featured as competition sports in the Summer Olympic Games since the 1936 Games in Berlin, although they were demonstration sports at the 1924 Games in Paris. There are two disciplines of canoeing in Olympic competition: slalom and sprint. Two styles of boats are used in this sport: canoes with 1 or 2 canoers and kayaks with 1, 2 or 4 kayakers. This leads to the name designation of each event. For example, "C-1" is a canoe singles event and "K-2" is a kayak doubles event)

Eswatini

The 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo will be the first that the NOC has competed under the name Eswatini, having previously been known as Swaziland until 2018. An athlete representing the NOC has never won an Olympic medal.

Athletics is the sport in which Eswatini has entered most athletes. At the Rio Olympic Games in 2016, the NOC sent a two-member team, both competing in athletics.

Richard Mabuza and Philip Serjeant were the first two athletes to represent the NOC at the Olympic Games, they competed in athletics and shooting, respectively, at the 1972 Games in Munich. After that first appearance, the NOC did not have athletes contest an Olympic event again until 1984 when an all-male eight-member team contested in four sports.

Can get a little rough.................

Trivia:

Handball is one of five Summer Olympic sports in which the U.S. has never won an Olympic medal, and that drought will remain intact at the Tokyo Olympics. The U.S. men's and women's handball teams failed to qualify for the sixth straight Olympic Games as neither team earned a medal at the 2019 Pan American Games, the regional qualification event.

Field handball was a form of what is now handball and was played at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, but dropped after that. The sport is played on a grass field between 90 and 110 meters long, 55 to 65 meters wide. The field has two parallel lines 35 metres from the goal line, which divides the field into 3 sections; each section can have up to 6 players of each team. The goal area is a semicircular line with a 13-metre radius, and the penalty mark at 14 metres from the goal. The goal is 7.32 meters wide and 2.44 meters high. At the 1952 Olympics, field handball was a demonstration sport.
