Correct, you must be at Level 13 to be introduced to Trina and the Private Room feature....So players who have not reached that level will not be able to take advantage of the the HOSs now available in the Fall Room.

However, for the collection of "ghosts" .....working on achievements.......collecting puzzle pieces ...... getting Fall event pets  <<<<----These portions of the Fall Event are open to all players regardless of level.

I am at level 48 but I don't have a Fall room. 

You have to open it with one of Trina's golden keys.

Thank you, I didn't think of that. I thought the game would give me a message. 

Many people do not open their new room. It is a shame, so I suggest that we all ask,next to our name, to switch to Halloween.

Some of my friends are on level 8 and 10 and they have a Halloween room.  I have games on level 8 & 10 but I can't get the Halloween room.  Does anyone know why? 

Is it just the room you are missing or the whole Halloween setting?

The private room was made available on an earlier level years ago, then changed to level 13. Those must be really old feeder games that were never leveled up much.
