Good morning all.

I'm trying to play my friends Christmas rooms but the game keeps freezing.  I've been slow on clicking and waiting between friends.  I can't exit the game unless I do an alt/ctrl/delete and reopen the game.  This happened during the Halloween event as well and after a couple weeks, just gave up.  Any suggestions would be welcome.  The last thing I want to do is delete game and re-install as I'm afraid of losing everything.

This has been an ongoing issue for many players for quite some time, myself included. Unfortunately, no one, including the developers have an answer to this issue.

You’re welcome, happy to help!! Yes it’s very frustrating. 

My PC version does that all the time too.  I read temporary help in here (can't remember where) but if you uninstall the game, then reinstall it does seem to help for awhile.  I've also restarted the computer every couple of days and that seems to help a little too.

And that is why I refer to them as the Task Manager Events. I've had it hang up as many as 11 times in one morning and I only have 35 friends that play. Not all playing this RU xmas event though.

yep happens quite regularly, but I deal with it. NOW I have a question, WHAT do I do with all the Christmas Cards?????

Right now there's really not anything we can do with those Christmas cards we collect during this event. You can sell them for 10 coins each or disenchant them for 3 shards each.

Myself, since I'm working on the Magic Miser achievement (for the 3rd time), I would disenchant them for the shards. But you have to decide which one is more beneficial for you.

In addition to what LvlSlgr has posted....

The Christmas Cards were necessary for crafting some of the earliest Winter/Christmas pets. After that, they are just shard bonuses because they are worth 3 shards each.

I treasure them as I continue to work toward Key Master because Trina's shard requests are for 200 when you get one.
