9 year Anniversary event this year? Seasonal Events, CCs and Updates

Has anyone else seen an ad on Facebook regarding a nine-year anniversary? Will there be an anniversary event? It showed the anniversary room with a 9 on the cake.

Yes, I just saw it. However, the message doesn't say anything about an event for that. Who knows???

The gates of our castle were opened for everyone 9 years ago. I just received diamonds from the Mailman in recognition of the anniversary. Just a few, darn!

It appears that everyone will be receiving 9 free diamonds...one for each year of the game being available.
My prediction is that the Anniversary Room will be unlocked sometime next year....in honor of the 10th anniversary. And, if their pattern continues, there will be a second Anniversary room to commemorate the 10th year.

Anyone that is on Facebook (I'm not one of them) may want to post and tell Maria (the Community Manager of Elephant Games) who recently posted on the Midnight Castle Facebook page about the "sparkle" issue in the new room. Sent Elephant Games an email last week about it and haven't received a reply.

I received the letter and the 9 diamonds on both my ipad and my tablet. I hope they have an anniversary event this year - and make it a yearly Event. Moonki

I wished for an annual anniversary event each year after it was first introduced at the 5-year mark. ..After all, I have an anniversary every year for our wedding, so it made sense to have it each year.
However, it has now been nearly 4 more years and I doubt they will start the annual anniversary event now. I'm still guessing we'll see the Anniversary room be activated (and a second Anniversary room created) sometime during 2024--at the 10-year mark.

When my game was last "rebuilt", all the achievements were emptied.
One quest is exploring the Many Gifts hos...the one in the anniversary room. Glad it might be re-opened whenever.
