When did the little snowman show up in the middle of every scene. I've been working the HOS every day and today is the first day I've noticed him. Have I been blind?

Did you click on a snowman ghost? You may have a stuck ghost. Close the game, wait a short moment and then reopen the game. That snowman should be gone.
