New anniversary rooms Seasonal Events, CCs and Updates

Has anyone else had a problem with the new anniversary rooms? When the awards come up I'm kept waiting at least 10 seconds before they clear. It's always been instantly before.

If you play on PC, several people have reported issues with extreme waits inside the Event rooms.
If you play on iPad....not so much, but some have still reported milder, less frequent issues.
Many of us were hoping the maintenance recently performed would resolve these extreme waits or pauses in the game..............not so much. (unfortunately)
