Did BFG send you an email so that you could re-set your password?

If you didn't get it, you could simply try again via the "forgot your password?" link either on the BFG website or in the Game Manager. The email you give them must be the one associated with your account that bought the games.

Double and triple check that you give the right address.

Check that it didn't end up in your Spam or Junk folder.

If you still don't get a reply email from BFG, you should contact them at support@bigfishgames.
