I think in order to answer/create a post you have to be logged in. I automatically log in right away, but you don't have to if you just want to read posts but if you want to answer one or create a new post you'll be asked to log in and in doing so you'll lose the post you wanted to respond to. I've had this happen in the past (before I made the log-in page part of my Favorites) and then I would use the drop down menu under discussions to find the Today posts to find the most recent post to make them easier to find.

I think Di means that she is logging in, replying. Going onto next post and having to log in again to reply to it.

I hadn't searched for anything today so I tried it. You're right and it looks like the same problem as before.

Yes, given the fact that it stopped working again about an hour ago. Since you mentioned that it was intermittent in other forums decided not to beat a dead horse to post that it wasn't working again.

I've added to my report to Delphi the fact this forum is also intermittent.
