Thanks. Reading all the posts about the problems I did think about it.  Have stopped playing for the time being.  I have played for about two years and although enjoyed playing until I reached about level 60 had not a clue what I was doing.  When I joined the forum I picked up loads of tips.  Did think about starting another game but did not have the time so being thrown back to level 1 has given me the opportunity.  Just hope we can all play again.

I have 3 games and can't play any of them because of an update I missed in October but I was in and out and did not see one . 

I did contact CS and basically they told me my laptop was outdated and I needed a new one . There was a CC in September I did download so some time within that 2 month period my laptop became outdated . I think they don't know how to fix this problem

Last time I could play was 2nd November.  Do not mind being thrown back to level 1 but would just like to play.  Have not contacted Elephant Games as know they must be struggling to put things right for higher level players.  Seemed to recall when I first started playing something went wrong and could not log in for over a week.  Keep checking forum to see if anything has changed.  Have looked at other games to play one called Hidden City but not very phone/computer confident and one mentioned sending texts...take it that this is for mobile phones ?  Takes me all my time to answer a call !

Dollymix - Hidden City is for PC too - that's what I play on.

Hi Dollymix, not sure what you meant by texts, but a lot of the G5 games have a Chat feature in the friends folder.  That means that you can chat to friends in the game.  I chat on occasion with other MC friends that are also playing the G5 games that I play.
