when to a international dealer for a ecu recal program . But did fix the problem . Ok I have a question. If I replace the turbo solenoid. 1889585c1 is that the same original parts . Or is that a new better update . As the one I have build in now ?

and why do you need a program update ?

wish I could answer, but I finally gave up trying to fix it myself and took it to an International dealer..  My rig was essentially in the same age/mileage as yours.  The dealer replaced a major part of the turbo system and three hoses.  Problem seems fixed.
