Hi James and Meredith,
Way to go! You are doing so well!
I am still staying strong in these trying times. Although I did go to the store to buy a pack one day. But thought better of it while in the parking lot. I hope that you are doing well!
So glad to hear you resisted your impulses! I am still not smoking and most of the time, I don’t think about smoking. The warm evenings on the deck are too irresistible, yet they bring up the memories of the days of the habit, and I am missing the gesture while I’m out there relaxing. It is just another association that needs to be worked thru. Take care and stay strong!
I think you are doing great!
Thank you Susan! I think you are doing wonderfully too! I always enjoy reading your posts.
Congratulations to you also. I love not being a slave any longer. Very proud of us all.
Congratulations to you and for resisting that urge. Way to go !! I think we will all be glad to be free of this hateful addiction. Very proud of you, James.
I hope you are well also. I, like you, am so happy to not be a slave anymore. I never want to lose this freedom. I figure if we have made it through these trying and difficult 9 months, we can make it through anything. I am so proud of us all. Double digits, here we come !
Thank you , Marge, it feels absolutely wonderful. Never want to go back to the addiction again.
