Good to meet you and welcome to the forum. 3 weeks is awesome and glad to hear it hasn't been too bad for you. Keep up the great work and take it one day at a time. Freedom is on the other side.

Keep taking it one day at a time. 3 weeks is an achievement keep plodding on. You can do this.
Congrats on getting through the 3 hardest weeks. Yer doing grrrreat!
Thanks guys. All that have replied. Don't log on often but still going at (according to my app) 23 days, 8 hours, and 16 minutes and saved muself ~$222.
And to think that all this started with a self dare to see how long I could go w/o a cig and a craving/cold sweat felt like.
Good for you, keep going !! You are doing great.
I think my 12-14 weeks were my worst, crying jags..never ending just one thoughts..but then after that was so much easier. Hours went by without a thought and it was so nice to realize. At 6 1/2 months now and rarely think about them except in stressful times. Gained 16 lbs but not worried. Smoking increases your metabolism, quitting slows it but it will get back to normal..
funny story, used to go in backyard to smoke, yesterday was in backyard waiting for puppy to go. When I came on my daughter asked if I was smoking..took me so much by surprise..had never even thought of it lol
