Eve - 17 months quit!!!! WELL DONE - I know you are out there and I trust you are keepin on. It looks like we are the last two of the January 2020 quitters who keep posting.
Cheers to ya darlin!
ONE MORE DAY TO - 18 MONTHS QUIT
Quit - 1 year and 8 months as of September 1, 2021 - with no sign of ever going back.
No cravings, I don't miss it, I have friends and family who smoke around me and it doesn't bother me at all.
Wow - I never thought I could be where I am today as an ex-smoker/non-smoker.
I am so pleased that I did this.
Hey girl, 1 year and 7 months for you as of today - congratulations!!!
Here are some lovely flowers for you in celebration of your quit.
keep on trucking……..2year mark coming!
Definitely have my eye on that 2 year mark but ya know what they say, one day at a time.
Absolutely! Not one puff ever! Keep it up…..it will be here very soon.
Was talking to someone the other day and she said she knew so many people who would quit and just to start back up years later, thinking “just one” would be ok. I chuckled……because I know that “just one” will put me back full force! So just reiterating to you and of course myself that this is not an option.
Have a fantastic weekend…..hope you are off. Take care!
Thank you so much foe sharing and for being active on here, encouraging us.
Hey hey hey, CONGRATULATIONS ON ONE YEAR 8 MNTHS OF FREEDOM !!!!! I don't see you on here much anymore but I am sure you are holding on. Cheers
