It's my honor to start today's pledge...today I will not smoke...NOPE...not even one puff!! Smoking is no longer an option for me...I will not back down, I will never give in, NOPE NOPE, NOPE!!!

Who wants to join me in making this simple, but powerful pledge? Here take my hand...we really are stronger together!
