Oh I am sorry to hear that Anthony, but am so glad you found your strength to start your quit again. WOW Oxsana, I have smoked like a chimney, one cigarette right after the other, thinking that when I would quite smoking all those cigarettes that I would quit. I am sure I have smoked a pack of cigarettes in record time and then instead of quitting I would just go out and buy another pack of cigarettes!
I have started and quit so many times. The reason I would start smoking again, EVERYTIME, is that I convinced myself that I could handle just a few a day.
