So my list that I wrote in Feb 2020 that said all the reasons why I wanted to quit smoking gotta a lot beat up. So yesterday I rewrote it and updated what I accomplished. Put right back in my wallet to continue to remind me how far and why I started this journey. It’s very helpful! Hugs
