The agreement that was reached last evening may not be enough for His Orangeness to sign. He's threatening veto this morning. 

On a hopeful note, the TSA workers union spokesperson is threatening to shut down the entire air system if this happens.

Don't get  overly excited about the TSA.   They only control commercial airline "Part 121" operations,  in the sense that they control security at commercial airline terminals.  Most aviation activity  is done by individuals with their own or rented or chartered aircraft.  TSA has no connection to that.  Remember, for every large commercial airliner on "121 service",   there are hundreds, if not THOUSANDS of ordinary airplanes operated by ordinary people.
