The Republicans are textbook fascists, fascists by dictionary definition. Government of, by, and for large corporations and the rich.

So the burning question is why does the American voting public still support that party? Why is party affiliation more important to conservative voters than issues and policy? It's mind-boggling irrational.

The trend is clear. More money for the rich and big corporations. Big companies consolidating more news media. Control of what we're able to see on the internet being put in the hands of big corporations. We're far down the road to corporate fascism already.

Yep, we are, and it's very scary.

We have to kick Republicans out of Congress and state legislatures, elect Democrats who will work to protect civil rights and consumer rights. We desperately need adults in charge.

At least we will be able to read it before it becomes law.

You have been misinformed. The text of the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) was not only available before it became law, it was available for weeks before it was voted on. There were public hearings and hours and hours of debate in both houses, hearing from both sides.

Not so with the Republican tax scam.

In 5 years the Republicans will be picking the pockets of the whole American middle class.
