Yup under an official "illegal growers" light. Look at the reflection of the grow light on the glass door.

Well  here is the 1650 Cub Cadet with a new used plow I bought on Ebay.  I tried to find a neighbor who wanted their front lawn plowed but no takers!

Today is transplant day for the Tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, and a bunch of annual flowers.

Paul, they didn't have internal combustion engines in 1650. I do hope that you didn't believe that you were getting an actual functional, and expensive, antique. <grins> Or, was it just the plow that you bought on e-bay?

I bought just the plow on Ebay, the sleeve hitch from a guy in Mass. and the 1650 I bought from a local last fall.  I also have a 782 Cub which I've had for years.  The 682 gets the snow blower and the 1650 gets the plow for winter use.  Never have enough tractors........see http://forums.delphiforums.com/olt/messages?msg=1684.1

Well is was a fine Memorial Day weekend.  Lot's of work around the house, got to catch the parade in Stroudsburg, and had my Grandson as a guest for the weekend (interesting having a 5 yr old around again). For dinner this evening we had a salad with my home grown (under lights) mesclun mix, a nice head of Black Seeded Simpson lettuce fresh from the garden, a bit of Swiss Chard and some very nice spinach greens that I started last November that over wintered in the garden.  For desert a very nice Rhubarb pie with Rhubarb that was picked at 5PM and the very last of last years raspberries.  I found a nice frozen package of last years berries in the freezer and couldn't resist adding to the pie (I donno how those raspberries slipped by me last January).  Oh, the pie was topped off with a nice helping of Moose Tracks Ice Cream.

Ah, sorry no photos......tsk tsk, I know...................................

Spring time in Pennsylvania!

Here is what I was doing a few weeks ago. Plow day at a farm in Mifflinville pa. A club event with a bunch of Cub Cadets and some John Deeres.

I'm riding a 35 year old Cub Cadet 1650 Garden Tractor. This tractor spent the winter plowing snow.
