Quite different than the kimchi cucumbers that I enjoyed recently. It was unusual but quite good, less spicy than the typical cabbage.

Big Pocono State Park, top of Camelback Mtn looking towards The Delaware Water Gap. Haze in sky from the wild fires out west.

Nice shot.

Those fires thousands of miles away may lead to fabulous sunsets on this side of the continent and at the same time serve to emphasize how remote events affect us, we are not an isolated island.

2023 spring crop of spinach on Dec 2, zone 5b. That's about 20 sq feet of spinach.

20 sq feet of spinach seems like a lot and it's not a measurement I've heard of before. Is that an recognized standard adopted by the IOOLG?

Then you mention Spring Crop ... does that mean this needs to grow for that many months yet?

please explain more ...
