A post from years ago we tried under a cover for the winter. Now we don't bother with any sort of cover.

who knew! I thought spinach was seeded in the spring and ... voila ... in a couple of weeks you have a nice crop.

I suppose the warming climate helps with not needing a cover.

Was just a dusting here ... all gone now .

How is the storm doing out west today?

We got about 3" and then rain. Soggy mess, had fun out with the tractor pushing snow.

Next Thursday possible nor easter 8 to 12"

Looks like there may be a white Christmas for some people.

Temperature here will drop from the 50's into 20's just as the storm moves out Friday afternoon, it's going to get very slippery around here.
