At least the criminals know that there are many in that airport with a permit to carry a consealed weapon, so they are less likely to try anything, but in gun free zones, they know they have absolute power over everyone. It makes no sense, or maybe it does, why the media and the mocking bird Americans blame the gun, the object... The blame should be on the person that committed the crime, the murderer. Not the object that he used.
I've laid my guns on my kitchen table after going out to shoot. I can promise you, those guns never got up by themselves, and went on a shooting spre all by themselves. My guns need a human finger to pull the trigger.
CDC did a report last year, in which when the results came out, they decided to hide it from the American people. Why? Because, for every criminal that uses a gun to murder innocent people, there were 4 law-abiding citizens that used their gun to stopped a criminal from commiting murder. They don't want the American citizens knowing that. Huge coverup, because they want the American people disarmed.
It won't happen, sad to say, not without a civil war.

Statistics. First, I don't see where the CDC did this report 'last year' since they have been stopped from doing this kind of detailed research for many years. Seems to be regurgitating old memes.
I'm sure that many crimes are prevented by the presence of firearms. The problem is more the mystique and worship of weapons and their prevelance. In other places people rely more on police for public safety, it seems to work much better that way,
You are sure and even right in your personally attitude, but why should that be an impediment to sanity? If gun manufacture and ownership is restricted and controlled from point one, people would have less to fear from criminals having weapons, they would be rare and a legal pistol or shotgun would go a long way to solve any special need.
Why does this need to happen?
Three people were shot and wounded by the gunman, including two young girls.

As has been stated by numerous legal scholars, I have the absolute right to PARDON myself, but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong? In the meantime, the never ending Witch Hunt, led by 13 very Angry and Conflicted Democrats (& others) continues into the mid-terms!

According to The Guardian, she's equipped for intimate relations but is also "the perfect companion," Realbotix says-able to quote Shakespeare and remember your birthday.
