Yup they store well. Probably in late June they'll get pulled with the above ground leaves and allowed to dry. Keep in a bowl under the counter they'll last through winter.

At the sawmill for some walnut, catalpa and sassafras. Here is Dan sawing some black birch. Dan is 87 years young.

Another one gone! Took this fellow to a nice looking field. Just as I let him go I see a feral cat in the field. I yelled RUN FAST!
