Just plowed the driveway, too much wind for the snow thrower.  It's cold and VERY windy.

128 onions

They'll all come up at the same time.  I suppose pickled onions are in the future?

I use lots of dried sliced onions and garlic in cooking, just happen to be looking on ebay for a fresh supply of garlic, seems a lot more expensive than I recall.

The onions I plant are good for long storage. We have a few left over from last season. I probably have 50 garlic plants expected and a nice row of spinach was seeded last fall.

Looks like it will be good but still a few days away. Got 4" here today but by the time I decided to plow the roads were melted.
