Killer and motive not known yet.
10 people killed, 10 injured in mass shooting at Monterey Park dance studio
There was scant information on the suspect: Male and still at large. There is no known motive, nor a description of the shooter. The mass shooting was one of California's worst in recent memory.

Made the news in England and Germany as well. I flagged/kept seven MSM links on it, four USAn. Curious that a nearby incident may be related; one report of a car leaving, ... . Expect the coverage to continue for a while in spite of any muzzling by authorities.

Just now they're reporting they have a white van cornered and there were shots fired.

12 people injured in shooting at Louisiana nightclub
BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - A dozen people were injured in a Baton Rouge nightclub shooting, authorities in Louisiana said Sunday. One of the victims is in critical condition, police said. No arrests have been made, but police believe the early morning attack was "targeted."

So you are afraid of something because of a picture? In the hands of good law abiding people, there is nothing to be afraid of. In the hands of a criminal, hopefully, you have something that is equal or better.
They're not trying to go after the criminals, not at all. They are going after good people to disarm them.
All anyone has to do is a little history. Every single country that turned on its own people, first disarmed them. Every country. The majority of gun owners here, know this history, and the main reason they will NEVER give up their right to bear arms. I'm just saying.
