The vaccines were supposed to provide near perfect immunity. Until they didn’t.

But in the U.S. total we have 75% vax rate.

So Texas can stay red.

90% still is pretty darn effective. Those i know who have had breakthrough infections, makes me think that total exposure is really high. There really needs to be a lot more breakthrough infection statistics as anecdotal tales tend to fall more into the "man bites dog" without any real good numbers to work with.

Exactly. The number of cases in those vaccinated is still very low.  If they were all unvaccinated the numbers would be much much higher.

If the vaccines hadn't been developed as fast as they were, we'd have a lot more dead, and a practical tsunami of those with chronic problems long after they, as youtube presenter "Chubby Emu" words it, "made *A* recovery".

As opposed to made a *full* recovery. More like someone I remember from the late 1960s who came home from Vietnam in a wheelchair. He made *A* recovery from stepping on a trip wire. Alive. Certainly never going to be back the way he was before being drafted and shipped out to 'Nam.

Able to function. Totally went into panic mode every time a car would backfire or someone sets off a string of firecrackers.

That "natural immunity" sure is a <sarcasm> easy way </sarcasm> to deal with Covid.

Since we didn’t lose millions they forgot it was predicted.

Well, we did lose hundreds of thousands directly to Covid, but probably at least that many or more in "excess deaths" from things like lack of of preventative care, lack of diagnostic care, and all the stress related illnesses that come from sudden poverty and disruption among millions who didn't catch Covid.

And of course more cases such as caregivers dropping from exhaustion.

India Coronavirus full vaccination rate as of Oct 10 2021 is only 19.21%!

So for your astounding reporting, please explain why a country [India] with a population of 1,397,272,327 (1.3 Billion) people

India's population is 4.2 times that of the U.S. (333,474,263).

And in the U.S., overall, 186,917,921 people or 57% of the population have been fully vaccinated. Where as India only has 19.21% fully vaccinated.

So forget the vaccination rate for now... just look at the number of deaths:
USA deaths are 733,575 where as India's deaths are only 450,814.

As they are less vaccinated and 4.2 times larger than the US, they should be experiencing 3,073,713 deaths per your explanation. That's 733,575 US deaths x 4.2 times greater population... but yet they are also less vaccinated to boot. So their number of deaths should be even higher than the 3.07 Million according to your <sarcasm>explanation</sarcasm off>!

But then... let's look at yet another figure comparing India and the US!

The number of active cased in the US is 9,805,835 where as it's only 227,315 in India.

So don't believe me and do the math yourself... the US has 43.13 times more active cases with a larger majority vaccinated than India which is 4.2 times larger than the US!

Any explanations for them apples?

Supposedly the predictions were millions would die.  That did not happen.  Remember back when they first shut us in for 15 days to flatten the curve?  That was when Fauci was still the best expert.
