Kari Lake’s legal team has responded to questionably elected Arizona Secretary of State and former Mexican Drug Cartel lawyer Adrian Fontes’ “phony allegation” and request for Attorney General Kris Mayes to “investigate and take appropriate enforcement action against Kari Lake.”
They are politically persecuting Kari for sounding the alarm about the stolen 2022 Election.
Both of these candidates won highly questionable elections in Maricopa County and Arizona, and they are terrified of Kari Lake’s fight against stolen elections.
Jailing political opponents is a third-world consequence of speaking out against a fraudulently installed regime. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Brazil’s Stasi Supreme Court issued arrest warrants last month targeting opposition figures for “undemocratic acts” after Lula da Silva stole the Presidential Election.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the 2022 Election in Maricopa County and Kari Lake’s lawsuit alleging enormous voter fraud. Massive chain of custody failures reportedly rendered OVER 298,000 ballots at Runbeck Election Services invalid. Nearly 300,000 mismatched or fraudulent mail-in ballot signatures were illegally counted. Intentional voting machine/ballot printer failures on Election Day disenfranchised in-person voters who turned out for Republicans 3:1.
Maricopa County’s voting machines failed at 235 times the EAC-regulated failure rates after faulty ballot printer settings were intentionally changed on election day.
The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday that the newly selected regime heading up Arizona’s top statewide offices is now targeting Kari Lake with felony charges and jail time for sharing information made public by an Arizona Senate investigation.
The Gateway Pundit reported on some of the shocking findings in last Monday’s Arizona Senate Elections Committee presentation, including Election Day tabulators reportedly rejecting nearly 1/4 million vote attempts on election day and the nearly 300,000 unverified or incorrectly verified ballot signatures accepted by Maricopa County.
Chairwoman of the Elections Committee State Senator Rogers discussed the newly formed Senate Elections Committee and reacted to bombshell findings of over 500,000 Maricopa County 2022 Election ballots that have been placed into question by We The People AZ Alliance’s investigation and presentation in an exclusive interview with The Gateway Pundit.
As we reported, Lake simply shared evidence that was presented and made public in the Arizona Senate, as it is her right to do so.
The public letter from the Secretary of State’s office, asking the Attorney General’s office to prosecute Lake, “selectively quotes the statute in an attempt to distort the law and smear Kari Lake in the process.”
The letter came just TWO DAYS before the Arizona Court of Appeals is set to hold a February 1 conference in Kari Lake’s lawsuit contesting the stolen Midterm Election.
“This is becoming all too common in politics,” said attorney Tim LaSota. It is another partisan political witchhunt targeting a Trump-aligned figure.
Tim LaSota calls on the Democratic occupant of the Attorney General’s Office, Kris Mayes, to “immediately say that she will have no part in this shameful, disgusting effort.” LaSota concludes, “Kari Lake has an absolute right under the First Amendment to republish the information presented to the Senate.”

Kari Lake came out swinging at the Arizona establishment RINOs and Democrats responsible for the stolen 2022 Election on Sunday at her MASSIVE Save Arizona rally.
Kari Lake’s rally exceeded capacity, with thousands skipping the last pre-Super Bowl NFL playoff game and turning out to see their duly elected Governor take on the lies promulgated by the mainstream media and leftist politicians.
The Midterm Elections in Arizona were stolen in broad daylight, with machines failing at nearly 60% of voting centers the moment polls opened on Election Day. The Arizona Court of Appeals is set to hold a February 1 conference in Kari Lake’s lawsuit contesting her stolen election and the trial court’s dismissal of her case.
The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on Maricopa County’s intentional voting machine failures caused by faulty ballot printer settings that were changed on election day.
The printer settings caused incorrectly sized images of a ballot to be printed onto the ballot papers on the day that Republicans turned out 3:1 to vote for Kari Lake and Republican candidates.
The Gateway Pundit’s Brian Lupo reported on newly released footage from Election Day showing that only six ballots were accepted out of 50 vote attempts in an 11-minute period.
We recently reported on a bombshell presentation by We The People AZ Alliance in the Arizona Senate Elections Committee on 2022 Election failures in Maricopa County. Some of the most shocking findings in their investigation included hundreds of Election Day tabulators reportedly rejecting nearly 1/4 million vote attempts on election day. using system log (SLOG) files “that tell you every read in those tabulators for the 2022 election, “We The People AZ Alliance co-founder and Chairman Shelby Busch revealed in the presentation that “tabulators failed at 235 times the Election Assistance Commission’s regulated failure rates.” Previously, Maricopa County attempted to claim that less than 18,000 ballots were affected by machine failures at just over 30% of vote centers.
Qualified data analyst, Senior Lecturer Emeritus in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M, and consultant for major national and international firms and government departments, Walter C. Daugherity declared under penalty of perjury that “over 7,000 ballot insertion failures occurred in almost every single 30-minute period for the entirety of Election Day, starting at 7 am and after 8 pm.”

This issue overwhelmingly affected Republican areas of Maricopa County.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Maricopa County also kept a GOP heat map on the wall at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center (MCTEC) before the 2022 election. This is not a coincidence, as shown by Kari Lake below.
In Democratic areas, voters experienced almost zero problems casting their ballots for Democrats. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Kari Lake decided to vote in a liberal precinct and faced no issues.
Lake told the crowd on Sunday, “We drove 20 minutes across town, and we had no line, no wait… We were in and out in 15 to 20 minutes.”
This is outrageous, and the County still claims that the election was fair.
Kari Lake exposed the intentional machine failures targeting Republican voters in Maricopa County by comparing the Republican heat map with a map “showing all of the vote centers that were sabotaged on election day.”

This is a scary thought. Political analysts are saying a path forward for the Democrats is to get Biden reeelcted, then remove him from office immediately and replace him wit Kamala Harris. Then she never has to ru; and face voters, but will be a reliable Democrat who can then hold office for 8 years. She wouldn’t have to do anything more than Biden does as advisors could make all decisions.
