There is so much pushback. The Dems want Trump as a candidate because they have dirtied him up for 7 years. Then DeSantis began to soar and they can’t combat him. Glen Youngkin is around 73% approval, ahead of Biden in Virginia. A DeSanti/Youngkin ticket could blow them away.

That's what the Democrats want you to think.

If Trump has been dirtied up to the point that he's no longer a valid player, then why do they keep attacking him? For them, he's damaged goods and thus they don't need to do anything else to him. But yet they continue putting pressure on him in hopes that they can find something... (i.e. just more of the same). But they shouldn't have to continue if he's washed up! But they do!!!

That only means one thing... they're afraid of Trump running again and want somebody else easier to beat like DeSantis!

I'm not falling for their tricks. Trump still has a massive following, even more than Obama had. The polls that DeSantis is preferred over Trump is just more mis/disinformation!

Just remember, they are continuing to attack Trump... why if he's washed up?

No, the conservatives I listen to think DeSantis is their biggest fear as they are already coming after him and he has t done anything at all.  The Dems want an older opponent so they can run Biden. They can’t run him against DeSantis so then they are stuck with Harris.

LOL...

The Democrats DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT want to run Biden in 2024. Many have already stated that. I've heard rumor that Michelle Obama may run. They don't really have any other strong contender.

The GOP will win by making voting harder for everyone

February 13, 2023
By M.B. Mathews

Now that the midterms are over, this is not the time to relax. Here is an early warning for the GOP: Today is the day you must begin securing 2024’s election. Not a year from now. Not six months from now. Not next week. Today.  Make voting much, much harder for everyone. Here at American Thinker, several contributors listed in detail what must be done in order to keep 2022 from being stolen. It almost was.

Not nearly enough was done by Americans to secure the midterms. We barely took the House and came this close > < to losing it. Why? Because we didn’t take Democrat cheating seriously enough to do anything about it years ago or even in 2016. We were vocal, yes, but did we actually do anything?

GOP voters must infiltrate every election office in the country -- legally. We must clean the voter rolls of dead people. "Voters” who live at addresses that are really vacant lots should not be allowed to vote mail-in or in person, which means addresses must be validated. Voter integrity must take priority before 2024 rolls around.

Vote harvesting must end. No one should be permitted to submit ballots in any other person’s name. Thousands of “harvested” ballots were submitted by live people on behalf of dead ones, people who were coerced into voting a certain way, and people who were paid for their Democrat votes. We learned via Dinesh D'Souza's expose, 2000 Mules, that drop boxes were being stuffed with phony ballots to a degree that would make Chicago blush.

Suspect machines and printers were used in Arizona, no doubt tampered with so that wait times to “fix” the machines were often several hours long, disallowing a voter to vote. In this way, votes were suppressed. Kari Lake should have won her election, but her voters were turned away and told to go to another precinct sometimes hours away and with long waits once again. This was deliberate and obvious fraud in only her heavily Republican county. All voting machines should be tested a week before the elections, again on voting day before polls open, and any anomalies fixed before polls open.

Republicans must get themselves on election boards. Newt Gingrich has more suggestions and revelations here, and here is a 2020 Andrea Widburg column that still holds valuable information and advice.

I wrote several columns here, here, and here about fixes that must be in place before 2022 but I was predictably ignored, just like other conservatives were ignored by RINOs and the GOP organization. "You can't go back," they said.

Yes, we can go back, because "back" worked far better than what we've got now. Republicans are only now learning that their "polite" way of doing politics only emboldens Democrat cheaters because the latter don't believe we are serious opponents. Disabusing them of this notion will be hard, but with the feisty new House members, maybe they will make the difference.

I feel obliged to put to rest the absurd notion of making voting easier. American citizenship is a pearl of great price. Its voting privilege should be closely guarded. It should not be farmed out to mail-in ballots where people who don't exist, people who are not citizens, imprisoned felons, and foreign nationals, all of whom seem eager to vote, can. Worse, they are allowed to vote. Voting in America should be made harder, not easier. It should be mandatory that:

Voting should be on a single day and in person

Photo ID must be required to vote

Signature and address must be checked against a database. If the address is not valid, no vote.

Mail in ballots should be permitted only for the disabled, those overseas, and the military. Proof of any of those things must be required before sending a ballot.

Oversight at every polling place by registered overseers of both parties should be zealously administered.

Paper ballots; we know enough now to realize that electronic voting presents myriad validation problems and in fact, flips votes from Republican to Democrat if so programmed, which is not hard for any 14-year-old miscreant to do. This was unearthed in the last election by hundreds of disenfranchised voters who were told to “file a form.”

No votes will be counted after midnight of election day, and no halting or slowing of the vote count for any reason other than an H-bomb shall take place.

That remains to be seen, but we need to keep knudging them from time to time should they step out of line.

HUGE: FOX News Filing Shows DOMINION Voting Systems Executives Including Eric Coomer Knew Its Voting Systems Had Major Security Issues, Was Hacked, and Was “Riddled with Bugs”

By Joe Hoft
Feb. 17, 2023 2:25 pm

Dominion Voting Systems is in big trouble after the filing by FOX News in its case with Dominion yesterday.  FOX News uncovered through its discovery in the case that Dominion’s own employees expressed serious concerns about the security of its machines.

Dominion Voting Systems sued FOX News for $1.6 billion in a defamation lawsuit in March 2021.  The AP reported on the suit in a very nasty and biased report.

The AP shared:

Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News on Friday, arguing the cable news giant falsely claimed in an effort to boost faltering ratings that the voting company had rigged the 2020 election.

The lawsuit is part of a growing body of legal action filed by the voting company and other targets of misleading, false and bizarre claims spread by President Donald Trump and his allies in the aftermath of Trump’s election loss to Joe Biden. Those claims helped spur on rioters who stormed the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 in a violent siege that left five people dead, including a police officer. The siege led to Trump’s historic second impeachment.

The AP included numerous falsities and biases in its report, so much so that it looked like it was written by Dominion.

Since the 2020 Election, there has been a concerted effort by the Mainstream media to protect the results of the election and label anyone or any entity who challenges the uncertifiable results of the 2020 results as an election denier.

On Thursday, FOX News filed a brief in this case with Dominion Voting Systems.  FOX News uncovered some material issues with Dominion and its voting systems.  These items were so serious that Dominion employees expressed concerns about these issues as noted below.

Discovery in this case revealed that Dominion’s own employees expressed serious concerns about the security of its machines.

Mark Beckstrand, a Dominion Sales Manager, confirmed that other parties “have gotten ahold of [Dominion’s] equipment illicitly” in the past.  Beckstrand identified specific instances in Georgia and North Carolina and testified that a Dominion machine was “hacked” in Michigan.  Beckstrand confirmed that these security failures were “reported about in the news.”

And just weeks before the 2020 presidential election, Dominion’s Director of Product Strategy and Security, Eric Coomer, acknowledged in private that “our shit is just riddled with bugs.”  According to the brief, in 2019, Coomer noted that “our products suck.”  He lamented that “[a]lmost all” of Dominion’s technological failings were “due to our complete f— up in installation.”

In another instance, he identified a “*critical* bug leading to INCORRECT results.” Ex.H4, Coomer Email (Jan. 5, 2018). He went on to note: “It does not get much worse than that.” And while many companies might have resolved their errors, Coomer lamented that “we don’t address our weaknesses effectively!”

Other internal documents noted that a glitch identified by a security expert in Antrim County should be detected in the software.  Coomer shared that the expert isn’t entirely wrong.

In addition, after the 2020 Election, Dominion received complaints from Georgia noting irregularities with machine counts that required employees to reprogram the machines.

All speculation. Michelle hated the White House and does not want to run.

It should not be hard to vote. One legally registered voter, one vote. It should be impossible to cast and have any votes counted that don’t fall under that guideline.
